As an advisor to elected officials, policymakers, corporate leaders, and political candidates, Mr. Stauffer provides guidance built on two decades of communication, public relations, and political experience. He is a Senior Advisor and Campaign Manager for Governor Jim Justice's campaign for the United States Senate. Mr. Stauffer is a member of Governor Justice's senior leadership team overseeing his political operations and campaigns, fundraising, and public policy efforts.Mr. Stauffer has advised elected officials, policymakers, issue advocacy groups, trade associations, outside expenditure groups, political leaders, and corporate executives. He has served in nearly every capacity in the West Virginia Republican Party, including Chairman, which he assumed in January 2021 after serving as Co-Chairman of the Party for almost four years, and served until a new Chairman's election. He managed West Virginia Governor Jim Justice's 2020 re-election campaign, who earned more votes than any Republican gubernatorial candidate in state history. He is a skilled communicator on behalf of his clients and a highly sought-after political consultant with experience winning tough political campaigns. In his nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Stauffer has worked with the West Virginia Republican Party, the West Virginia Republican Senate Committee (WVRSC), the West Virginia Republican Legislative Committee (WVRLC), the New Majority Fund PAC, the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce, the American Tort Reform Association (ATRA), West Virginia Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse (WV CALA), Governor Jim Justice, U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), former Lieutenant Governor/Senate President Mitch Carmichael, West Virginia Supreme Court Justices Tim Armstead and Beth Walker, and countless elected candidates at all levels for public office across the state.In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. Stauffer is President of the Board of Governors of Edgewood Country Club, the oldest country club in West Virginia.
