I am currently in management at Goodwill of the Olympic and Rainier Region. Eager to learn, I have been able to acquire multiple skills and knowledge of the retail industry. As I move up the chain of command, I hope to continue to become more proficient and gain a better understanding of how to manage a business. The more I master organization and coordination of different business activities, the more I aspire to become an entrepreneur. I am also currently enrolled in Bachelor Program in Business Management, giving me more confidence and optimism for the future. My leadership skills help motivate and persuade employees to accomplish varies goals and help me management conflict between them. My critical thinking skills help me adapt to different work environments with quick decision making. These traits allow me to develop a vision of where I want to be in the future.
