TOLIKAS Media Company is coordinator of national and international funded projects, workshops and media projects. It began life in 2002 as a traditional film, TV and multimedia production company. Since 2004 its new competence has been Film 2.0 - involving Internet communities in filmmaking. From 2006-2009 TOLIKAS managed the Austrian Content Industries.

2011 the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) sent Roman on the official United Nations Mission to the Caribbean as Expert Innovation for UNIDO-UNDP Joint Programming: Audiovisual and Media Sector / Digital Agenda / Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
