As a QA Manager at Welltech, I lead a team of testers who ensure the quality and performance of the #1 mobile app in the world in the Health & Fitness category. I am responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining QA processes, providing automated testing solutions, owning testing documentation, and reporting team outputs to managers. I also mentor, coach, and onboard QA team members, and build a culture of training and knowledge sharing.Before joining Welltech, I worked as a QA Team Lead at GlobalLogic, where I managed and executed testing projects for one of the biggest companies in the market of home entertainment consumer electronics devices. I monitored the behavior of the video and audio content and other services available via digital media players and tested the media players' firmware. I also introduced Scrum to teamwork, organized Jira, and coached team members.I have 5 years of work experience in software testing, and I have acquired multiple certifications in software testing/QA, agile testing, and SQL. I also have a background in electrical and electronics engineering, which gives me a solid foundation for understanding the technical aspects of testing.
