• Collaborates with the third party or last mile provider on a project's feasibility findings and scheduling of actual surveys.• Provisioning the project from permit acquisition to circuit activation.• Endorsing completed projects to the network support team for connectivity monitoring.• I am assisting account managers by providing tabletop feasibility studies.• Assisting finance department by providing documentation regarding corporate billings.• Guiding Project Managers in handling projects.• Make sure that the projects are delivered on or before the committed lead time.

• Guiding project managers on how to manage their technicians well.• Monitoring technicians’ performance especially on their production and quality of work.• Attending follow-ups from PLDT regarding installation and restoration of telephone lines.• Submitting daily production reports directly to the company heads.• Make sure that the distribution of technicians in all our areas is balanced depending on the volume of service orders and tickets assigned to the company.• Make sure that the monthly quota is achieved.• Evaluate the performance of the project management team if they can already handle technicians with minimal supervision.• Regular meetings with PLDT supervisors regarding production for both restoration and installation of telephone lines.
