-Serve as the first point of contact for Stagwell employees seeking technical assistance via Freshservice in a timely manner and in line with SLAs-Troubleshoot and escalate incidents to line manager and the 3rd line teams-Work alongside Systems Engineer, Network Operations, and Information Security teams to ensure that policies and guidelines are always followed-Provide remote technical assistance for issues related to computers, software, and SaaS-Build and maintain the IT Knowledgebase

The End User Computing Engineer is responsible for administering all required tools and accesses for the users in the company to fully function in their respective jobs. This can be both on the software and hardware side and must be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues/concerns efficiently at the shortest possible time. The Helpdesk Analyst is responsible for supporting 500 staff across Philippines and Australia which includes responding and resolving incidents/service requests in a timely manner received by phone/e-mail/self service ticketing system. The Helpdesk Analyst responds to customer calls promptly, courteously and effectively. This also includes account administration using Active Directory, Okta and GSuite as well as performing first-level diagnosis of incidents and service requests ensuring that tickets are appropriately categorized and prioritized.

The Email Producer is responsible for the coding of HTML emails and ensures that the email templates are efficiently and correctly coded and should render correctly across a wide variety of email clients.-Produce email designs that are attractive to the target user and adhere to email html design guidelines-Build html emails using technologies that conform to email standards where the layout of the content is accessible and logical-Update and recommend improvements for existing email templates if necessary-Conduct cross email browser testing-Ensure quality control requirements for project/product requirements are met as defined by the Statement of Work (SOW)-Actively contribute in terms of process improvement
