• Responsible for the management and development of processes and talent for the company’s Southern California offices across multiple campaigns.
• As a district manager, provided coaching and mentorship to mid-level management, sales, and customer support staff across multiple campaigns.
• Worked with executive staff to deploy a labor force of over 80 in the Southern California area within 4 months. This included combining territory demographic management with talent acquisition and training.
• Coordinated with the CTO to develop solutions and processes within our CRM aimed at maximizing efficiency and communication throughout the sales lifetime.

Hermosa Beach, CA

• Hospitality renovation experts dedicated to developing lasting relationships with hotel owners and representatives by bidding, managing, and completing work in a cost-effective and timely manner.
• Responsible for running major hospitality renovation projects under the supervision of a Project Manager. This included contract negotiation, material logistics, project timeline coordination, and direct interaction.
• Successfully completed renovation projects ranging in scope from $100K to $15 million.
• Over two years developed the West Coast branch of the company along with two Project Managers, doubling office size and bringing in new business to account for a third of the company’s total revenue.
• Maintained a network of vendors throughout the south-west to ensure competitive pricing.

• First director for the Accounts Receivable department. This challenge required analyzing business needs and developing solutions in the form of processes, training, and consistent re-evaluation.
• Grew the department from 4 to 6 members and reduced the average time of collection to under 60 days.
• Analyzed outstanding overdue accounts over 120 days old and worked with a third-party collection agency to recoup costs on delinquent customers.
