Department:- Admin / HRJob Profile: - Handling Reception Guest & Associate calls. Managing and assisting basic arrangement for client visit & Board Meeting. Ordering the Necessary things for the Employees. Maintaining courier records. Take care of the Office board in the absence of front office assistant. The travel desk of the company with respect to ticket booking (Air, Rail, and Road) Interacting with Employees, Checking of Purchase Maintaining the Sample Stock, updating sales Manager wise after sample is courier. Screening resumes from the Naukri portal and sourcing the candidates from the recruiters Calling the candidate for Interview & aliening the Interviews of the candidate. Conducting the telephonic round & face to face interview of the candidate. All filing work & Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates Leaves and Attendance is maintained as per the management.  Maintaining the records of the new Joining Employees /exit interviews and recording them accordingly Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees is conducted. Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed. Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc. Handling administration of all contract labour Checking of Purchase Bills related to admin, sales expenses & Maintaining Petty Cash.
