In my current role I lead a team that delivers the organisation's Marquee projects in the space of Digital Transformation. I have business analysis at the core and alongside am responsible for,a. End to end delivery of a solution to a business problem and this includes - Project planning, problem solving, Implementation planing and pipeline management - Oh and firefighting too.b. I take pride in the fact that i am able to rally people and build a high power and capable team along the way. c. It's said you grow if you can make your senior management think something else. That's where I thrive, providing them with confidence that once we've discussed and "Agreed" - it will be done. The same is passed on to my team too.d. My job as a people Manager is to provide an eco-system that enables my team to become better and more productive as we go along - this could mean exposing them to technology that's niche. A typical organisation is built around two core things, how you sell and how you service the sold. And in my times at Exide, I have delivered solutions on both these fronts eSales for Sales automation and One Exide Life for post Sale service. Both of which are now the ways of life at Exide Life.

My role at Exide Life involves - solutioning, designing and delivering innovative digital solutions - aimed at empowering the business to improve market performance and creating a significant market presence as a technology powered Insurance company. This includes working at every level from conceptualizing, Requirement analysis and final delivery of the solution.

My role involved - understanding the overall payroll application along with managing delivery of projects based on the SAP technology Stack, together with a team we were working on the Payroll and HR related application for Lloyds Bank in the United kingdom.This was a tech orientation change as well as an enhancement in the functional aspects of payroll management with Lloyds. This role also was an introduction to project management.

My role as the operations lead was dual. One, frontending the maintenance and ensuring support to the bank's critical applications in the Risk and Fraud business area. Secondly, the core of an analyst, started working closely with the business and marked enhancements, new requirements for the applications. Documentation of these requirements, walking the Business through those - whilst contributing with ideas, started becoming core of what I was doing and AML remains to this day my favourite area of interest.So, on one side I would be part of these war room calls to fix an application,while on the other this included managing the service improvement register of applications to keep enhancing the application as per evolving business requirements. This was a move from a Testing Analyst to Application analyst with an end to end understanding on the Risk and Fraud applications landscape.

My role are in the business operations, Solution deployment and providing support to new enhancements - this was in the AML space. I was leading a team that analysed problems, help business define working logic, implement enhancements. Thereby developing an end to end understanding of a critical banking function - Money Laundering, steps and provisions required to prevent it.This gradually grew to managing many of the Banks front-line - Risk and Fraud prevention applications

In this role my core responsibilties were to test and provide testing and implementation - tech Assistance for an Anti-Money laundering Product, Fortent Monitor by Actimize.
