A total of 32 years of solid industry experience, nearly 9 years as Department Manager of Civil & Structure and Assistant General Manager of Engineering Division, 21 years as Senior Civil-Structural Engineer and Lead Civil-Structural Engineer for various plants and utilities & offsite facilities in the field of oil & gas refineries, petrochemical and LNG processing, mostly overseas and some local projects. Prior to oil & gas industry experience, spent 7 years as Professional Structural Engineer for low to high-rise building design in the Philippines.Experienced in the execution of lump sum turn-key as well as reimbursable projects worldwide with major oil companies such as ExxonMobil, Chevron, Shell and other oil and petrochemical companies, including the LNG plants in Qatar and in Western Australia. Also familiar with international joint venture organization and executing multiple offices to manage in several projects. Variety of project phases were experienced such as Feasibility Study, FEED, tendering and implementation (EPC & EPCm).As Assistant General Manager of Engineering Division, responsible in supporting General Manager and Operation Director for general affairs of the division.
