Current• Lead product agency-side on the launch of the All New 2024 GMC Acadia and Next Generation 2025 GMC Terrain for US & Canada• Ensured the product accuracy of hundreds of Leo Burnett Detroit (LBD) deliverables for GMC, Buick and Cadillac and related cross-brand technologies including TV, Catalog, Digital, Print, Web, Social, Retail, CRM and Build and Price for the U.S and Canada (images/videos and copy)• Accumulated, organized, and managed product information and data from varying sources• Maintained and updated product information databases with up-to-date, accurate and detailed descriptions and specifications• Worked with relevant client teams and LBD Legal teams to develop marketing claims and ensure affidavits are effectively tracked and managed• Conducted annual model year carryover asset review – including What’s New documents, claim updates and re-substantiation, and Color and Trim changes and provide direction for updates• Worked closely with marketing, legal, and account teams to understand brand positioning, product details, features and options, etc. and ensure that product material reflects agreed upon direction and complies with industry and legal standards by providing creative resolutions and identifying compliance and product concerns with assets in the initial stages• Applied product and industry knowledge as the go-to person for product information, questions, concerns, explanations, etc. to support content creation within deadlines • Helped agency team members and the client understand critical product information and itsrelationship within effective advertising and attended roundtables and associated meetings as needed• Provided feedback to Product Information Supervisor for departmental improvements.
