Ensure that materials, equipment, and plant used on site for the construction of the Works by the Contractor are in accordance with the design intent, contract specification and statutory requirements.2. Updating the SPE on the daily, weekly and monthly progress status; highlighting shortfalls in the manpower and equipment resources of Contractor that may impact on the delivery of progress against the programmed.3. Help the SPE in resolving construction problems on site arising from constructability difficulties, site constraint or discrepancies in drawings, and in documentation of records and information on such problem that may potentially be claimed by Contractor for time and cost4. Supervise the completion of other works such as D-Wall construction, excavation, steel strutting, pre- loading of Launching Shaft; excavation, capping beam, ring beam construction of Receiving Shaft, installation of Instrumentation and Monitoring, and inspection of all tests as stipulated, in conformity with the drawings and specifications.5. Assist the SPE to review and comment on contractor’s submission that include shop drawings, method statements, test reports, etc.6. Manage site safety and risk by ensuring that the contractors follow the approved safe work procedure and Method Statement, highlight safety and environmental infringement for rectification and follow up.7. Supervising the Bored Tunnelling and associated works of T228 comprises of: Launch shaft and receiving shaft construction Soil improvement, construction of Tunnel entrance concrete, TBM launch cradle & shoving frame  Assembly, testing, commissioning, and launching of 1 unit of EPB TBM Bored tunnelling works with 1 unit EPB TBM8. Participate in Weekly/Deputy Director Planned General Inspection (PGI) with main contractor/sub-contractor, QPS representative and prepare, send out PGI report.9. Attend daily, weekly, monthly and DD progress meetings with Contractor, QPS and Instrumentation Contractor.

Supervising the Bored Tunnelling and associated works (C932) which comprises of: Launch shaft construction Tunnelling enabling works including soil improvement, yard preparation works and construction of Tunnel entrance concrete, TBM launch cradle, thrust frame and working platform  Assembly, testing, commissioning, and launching of 2 units of EPB TBM Bored tunnelling works with EPB TBM Disassembly of 2 units EPB TBM Cast In-situ tunnel lining works Tunnel 1st stage concrete casting  Construction of RC Escape Shaft structure

1. Proactively involved in handing over of Caldecott Station to operator (SMRTC) and in clearing of defects until end of DLP.2. Proactively involved in attaining TFP, TOP and CSC of Caldecott Station.3. In charge in supervision and completion of signages, doors, balustrade handrails, cat ladders and advertisement panels.4. In charge in supervision of new sewer lines including pipe jacking and reinstatement work.5. Assist Civil Design Team in: Site walk, photo taking & recording the types of structure within the corridor of 100m to 150m zone of the proposed alignment of Downtown Line MRT Project. Supervision of SI Works and trial trenches for 9131C & 9131B of proposed DTL 3 MRT Project. Attend site meetings with Utility agencies and stakeholders for the clearances of SI boreholes.2. Ensure that the work being carried out by contractor are in accordance with statutory requirements.3. Highlight safety and environmental infringement to contractor for rectification and follow up.

Transferred to Esplanade Station to assist in supervision of work such as rebar work, formwork, and casting at Marina Square interface and linkway to Raffles City and reinstatement work, road works in preparation for IMF Meeting at Suntec City Convention Centre.

Assist the Tunnel Deputy Manager and Project Engineer in supervision and inspection of excavation works, shotcreting, waterproofing membrane installation, rebar work, formwork and cast in-situ tunnellining work of NATM Over-run Tunnel.2. Assist the Station Senior Project Engineer in supervision and inspection of Underpinning Work of existing NEL Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, Addition & Alteration Works (A&A), Structural Works, Architectural Works at advanced shell station box of Circle Line 1 Dhoby Ghaut Station. 5. Upkeep documents and records according to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and prepare daily shift reports.6. Steel piling work, rebar work, formwork, and concreting work of foundation and columns and staircase of Pedestrian Overhead bridge.b. Assist the Senior Project Engineer in supervision & inspection of the following work: - Pipe roofing work and bored tunnelling work (Part time) - Underpinning work of existing Outram Park Station and interface work. - Bored piling for future development, hand dug caisson and shotcreting works. - Excavation & strutting work, ground anchor installation and stressing work. - rebar work, formwork and casting of walls and slabs, beams, lift shaft wall, staircase of station box. - Temporary works such as traffic diversion, piling, excavation & strutting work, installation of beams and temporary decking. - Installation & monitoring of recharge well.2. Ensure that the work being carried out by contractors are in accordance with LTA’s Materials and Workmanship Specification, Approved Construction Drawings, Method Statements.3. Work in Charge (WIC) of contractor in gaining access to existing Outram Park Station and Tunnels for survey work and interface work.4. Supervise and monitor the progress of ongoing work activities such as: - Excavation of trench for sewer, drainage, water pipeline and underground telecom and electrical lines. - Construction of box culvert, trench drain and covered drains and sewer manholes. - Laying of water pipeline, sewer pipelines, underground telecom cable & electrical pipelines and backfilling. - Earthworks, preparation of sub-base, base course, and casting of of road pavement and cul-de-sacControl manpower, materials, and equipment flow.Coordinate with consultant for inspection and to witness pressure test/flow test of pipelines.Prepare quantity take off, manpower and equipment schedule of designated area.
