Duties and responsibilities within the company: 1. Installing new software and hardware components.2. Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.3. Assisting with network administration tasks.4. Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.5. Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.6. Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.7. Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.8. Handles setup for new gadgets and technology setup.9. Implementation of internet security setup and routing such as firewall, load balancing, and etc.10. Day-to-day CCTV monitoring.

Maintains IT software and hardware stuffs. Improve equipment performance through maintenance, upgrades, and attention to detail and empathetic problem-solvingmethods. Assist with the preparation of staff system requirements. Resolve staff and guest computer problems in a professional courteous manner. Inventory and makes request for computer and IT supplies. Responsible for offline / online network modification and online learning material updates. Admin tasks as needed including reports, responding to email and manages student / faculty email accounts in database.

Troubleshoot computer software and hardware problems. Provides information to customer to prevent problems from happening again. Handles on-site visit. Worked with different team on campaign to increase customer target. Handled in-person customer complaints. Assist accounting requirements filing.
