• Responsible for developing and managing an Active RFID Hand Hygiene monitoring system. The system provides reporting and analytics to the client by improving overall hand hygiene compliance in a hospital environment. • Administrate Azure Production Environment with 6 Virtual Linux Red Hat MySQL servers, 1 Microsoft Server 2016 Web Host, and 2 Microsoft Application servers. Production environment written in Microsoft .NET using C# with a MySQL database backend. • Design and develop the web application front end, which uses the .NET framework with Bootstrap toolkit with jQuery for the visual display. Develop the client raw data processes using windows services using C#. • Oversee and develop the client environment, written mostly in Python utilizing small Linux bridge computers to gather process data from the wireless component back to production via a production Web services using SOAP. • Design, maintain and develop the client hardware written in embedded C and consists of Atmel processors and Renesas graphic processors.

• Responsible for the architecting and developing of MedMined’s Virtual Surveillance Interface product, which supported over 350 clients and 1200 users. • Maintained and developed the Data Mining Surveillance clinical user interface, which allowed clinical coordinators the ability to analyze the data and generate customer reports. • Developed in house applications for mapping and gathering data for the hospitals lab systems, using Microsoft .NET 2.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005.

• Designed, developed, and managed a Quality Assurance application for the United States Air Force, which tracked the process of a software package while in the testing phase. • The application was written in ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and DHTML using Visual Studio as a development tool. The application was converted from an MS Access Database to SQL Server 2000 by using T-SQL.

• Provided development, technical design, and support services for a HealthSouth Intranet written in ASP, JavaScript, VBScript, HTML, DHTML, SQL, PL-SQL and ADO using Visual Interdev as a development tool. • Was instrumental in the implementation of phases of the systems development lifecycle. Converted the Intranet from an existing Lotus Notes database into an Intranet style application using ASP and Oracle database as the back end while managing multiple projects under demanding customer support. Designed and implemented a relational database using ORACLE 9I, utilizing the SQL*Plus and TOAD as tools. • Developed an interactive training tool for the Intranet using Flash 5.0 and JavaScript. Wrote automation scripts using WinRunner to load test the applications.

• Responsible for the daily operation of an IBM4381, IBM 9370, and three large-scale Honeywell DPS 8000 mainframes that supported the Air Force Personnel Data System.• Designed and implemented a Microsoft Access database to improve the system to coordinate, monitor, and track the software process of the Air Force standard base-level computer, minicomputer, and microcomputer systems. • Additional responsibilities consisted of final package process of software, documentation and the final product duplication and distribution to the field.
