As the Founder and manager of day to day operations, I provide the overall direction and vision for the organization. We are a contractor to the government for cybersecurity services related to Risk Management Framework (RMF), vulnerability management, and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).

(ISC)² Official Training Providers use official courseware developed by (ISC)², which ensures the training content is relevant and up-to-date. Their training seminars are delivered by instructors who are verified security experts that have been trained and authorized by (ISC)² to teach our Common Body of Knowledge (CBK).

I am currently an Adjunct Cyber Security Instructor and a (ISC)² certified instructor for the Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification. While delivering lectures and interactive lesson plans, I am able to relay the concepts of the eight domains related to the CISSP exam.

While a Technical Delivery Manager for Microsoft I was responsible for managing up to 40 Engineers and Consultants that worked with different government agencies specifically in defining Standard Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) in collaboration with the Defense Information Systems Agency. As a Technical Account Manager for Microsoft, I created a Security focused communication method that captured zero-day vulnerabilities, new monthly patches across the industry, and updated Standard Technical Implementation Guides which was successful across the Department of Defense and Intelligence Communities. This aided in different agencies to achieve FISMA compliance and provided understanding of Security Controls from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).• Communicate proactively with customers to resolve technical and procedural challenges within the Public Sector • Analyze and determine most effective method of problem resolution by utilizing Microsoft products and resources• Maintain and expand working knowledge of current and pre-released Microsoft systems and products as well as their integration and methods of support delivery

My Engineering capacity at Microsoft required me to lead IT teams across various agencies within the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense focused on Active Directory, Group Policy, and Security. As a Premier Field Engineer, I was also responsible for providing proactive support, root cause analysis and prevention and knowledge transfer (training) of Microsoft Server and Workstation Operating Systems. Working with each customer I was able to grow each portfolio at a 50% Year over Year growth.• Develop and implement strategies for providing proactive support resulting in fewer incidents• Deliver timely and high-quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer• Develop relationships with technical directors or lead architects for the technology supported resulting in more participation in planning and improved satisfaction

At the White house Communication Agency, I was responsible for the Information Assurance Program and its information technology infrastructure. While providing security briefings to the Director of Security I also oversaw the vulnerability management program including patch management, and continuous monitoring.
