Derive the required network improvement to meet RWW Desire Standard of Service (including fire fighting requirements). Implement pilot DMA lock in through Zero Pressure Test.

• Development of the GCW’s Infrastructure Demand Model, providing conceptual and detailed planning studies to manage increasing demand and expansion of water, recycled water and wastewater infrastructure to achieve optimum network performance within the city in accordance with the Gold Coast City Council and Gold Coast Water’s objectives• District Metering Area (DMA) creation under GCW’s Pressure and Leakage Management Program, providing technical reports and procedures on the implementation of pressure management/reduction by creating flow monitored areas thereby identifying network deficiencies thru night flows and zero pressure tests • Systems capacity assessment, providing network analysis utilizing network models in identifying flow regime reactions on changes in the network operations, and emergent projects• Flow and pressure test, providing calibration on actual flow and pressure conducted through single and dual hydrant tests therefore identifying the need for network maintenance/improvement

Production Planning System & Control, Water Supply, Operations GroupMain Duties:• Implements operational strategy to ensure economical and effective use of water supply within the system and the Business Areas.• Monitors operational status and performance to determine where measurement anomalies exist, identifies weak points in the system and submits recommendation to Production Planning.• Monitors day to day system operation, provides analytical evaluation of situations, recommends actions and responds to major incidents including mainline bursts and plant shutdown.• Coordinates and updates daily activities and incidents to Call Center agents and management.

Rizal Business AreaMain Duties:• Manage customer receptions, attend to concerns and complaints from the community and ensures fast and effective response.• Coordinates with internal offices on such matters as status of applications and complaint resolution• Conducts surveys, investigations and review operational strategies on the assigned Demand Monitoring Zones (DMZ) to reduce non revenue water and increased billed volume.• Coordinates with Local Government Units and private organizations in major water interruptions.
