Mounted and Dismounted Recon to act as the Eyes and Ears of the Commander. Gained lots of experience in leadership and operational implementation through the years. Have done almost every role in a Scout Platoon. Driver, gunner, TC/BC, dismounted team leader, Squad leader, Operations NCO. This gave me a wide birth of large-scale operational knowledge and small-scale field implementation of tactics, doctrine, SOPs, and theater operations. This allowed me to be highly adaptable with little support or supervision in every role. A core tenant was developed around this position for training and supporting subordinates and allowed me to develop and hone teams into strong bonded and efficient teams.

Preforming natural gas polymer pipe installation in residential areas for in mainline distribution. Primary role was as a solo Hydro-excavation oporator for a Vactor HXX on a T880 Kenworth. Secondary was as a Utilicore 2' Keyhole coring and reinstatement laborer. Tertiary as a general laborer digging trenches, moving materials and assisting other roles.Other skill sets include the operation equipment. Backhoes up to a 710L, Mini excavators up to a 50G with thumb attachment and vibrating compactor and Skid steer up to a 324G. Minor direct pipe fitting experience in Mecanical fittings, Indirect and training experience in Butt fusions and electro-fusion.Worked dynamically with HDD, Main line tie in and service crews to push projects forward safely and effectively. On many projects worked alone for long periods of time, weeks to months. Aided in Dock work Crews to speed up work with Hydro-excavation during some winter months and require ample amounts of route planning to efficiently complete jobs in a safe manner.
