Romi Randhawa has more than 25 years of high technology management experience. In January 2018, Romi launched EPODIUM, a VAR who specializes in Global Fulfillment and Cyber Security. Romi joined Cyber Inc., in May of 2017, as the Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, Randhawa is responsible for leading the company’s overall strategy, including launching products and solutions with various strategic Channel partners, as well as, managing OEM relationships worldwide. In 1994, Romi founded HPM Networks. At that time, the company was focused on providing services and solutions for mid-market customers in the commercial and enterprise markets. Under Romi’s leadership, HPM had tremendous revenue growth, ultimately adding hardware enterprise solutions from various OEM’s to its suite of products and services. While HPM held a strong footprint in Northern California, it also provided services to clients across other regions within North America. Over the years, HPM established valuable partnerships with HP and other well recognized global OEMs. Romi was instrumental in developing and driving these strategic relationships. Romi served as president of the HP SMB council from 2010 to 2012, providing strategic leadership and vision for various joint go-to-market strategies in emerging markets.In February of 2014, HPM became a wholly owned subsidiary of CANCOM. After the successful merger, Romi stayed on as CEO of the newly formed company, focusing on integral system integration, while leading the company’s strategy as a key cloud transformation partner for its customers. Prior to establishing HPM, Romi spent four years as a sales executive with MicroAge Computers. Romi also served four years in active duty in the U.S. Marines Corps, specializing in data analysis.
