· Assist Accountant for Maintaining full sets of accounts. · Assist Accountant - timely and accurate preparation of management reports and analysis of accounts. · Prepares and monitors business unit’s cash flows. · Responsible for petty cash.· Monitors account payable and ensure term of payment.· Monitors accounts receivables and unbilled revenue, ensure timely billing, collections and when provisions will be needed. · Monitors Projects’ Work-In-Progress and highlights WIP that may not be billable and potential write-offs. · Monitors inventory and highlights obsolescence. · Maintains fixed assets register. · Monthly reconciliation of inter-company balances. · Prepares Withholding reports & statutory forms and ensure timely & accurate submission to Indonesian tax authorities. · Maintenance of tax records and preparation of tax returns and related reports to ensure compliance with the Indonesian tax regulations. · Liaises with both external and internal auditors to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, accounting standards and Group’s internal controls procedures. · Ensure all standard invoices are prepared and sent out each month on timely basis · Able to conduct project planning, prepare progress reports and process claims · Able to conduct technical evaluation on vendor quotation. · Liaises with project managers on project status & outstanding debts. · Reviews projects status against budget, highlights variances and potential cost over-runs. · Identifies and highlights foreign currency requirements.
