I am currently serving as the site security supervisor for a local hospital, primarily based in the emergency care unit. I am also responsible for training new security agents onsite - ensuring that they aspire, attain, and adhere to a high standard of service. I am also serving as the primary operations officer, who oversees the scheduling, deployment, and orientation of all our team members, at the various sites we provide our security services for. Working with a group of relentlessly motivated professionals who possess superb mastery of their skillset, has seen me raise the bar for myself. This has lead me to hone skills in navigating a high pace and dynamic work environment, with a keen focus on providing and facilitating security, for all within this sphere. These skills include strong interpersonal communication ability, sharp de-escalation technique, an adept ability to facilitate comprehensive risk intervention; while providing effective team leadership. I bring over 20 years of previous experience in client care that included 8 years serving as a manager. My formal education, which includes the successful completion of a Bachelor of Applied Science as well as a Bachelor of Technology, is the foundation of my unwavering work ethic and impeccable professionalism. I am gratified that my consistency, alertness, and commitment have earned me a high level of respect and trust from my clients, both in the organization at large, and on the individual level.
