As National Development & Business Sales Manager, I am responsible for the operational management of daily & long term strategies to increase business across 38 branches & achieve term on term growth of Protocol's business. I have increased retention, productivity & sales across the business by setting up the Protocol Sales Academy to work with all consultants under 100 days to develop, coach & build their skills in order to run successful desks, whilst working with all the Managers in the business, to hit targets in place.

I was promoted to Regional Manager in 2012 opening 3 new branches in Surrey, Bromley and Uxbridge in addition to managing 3 existing locations of Chelmsford, South Primary and London West and as a region it was generating over 2500 days a week. Branch Manager for Protocol Education managing the South Primary team of 8 consultants and 2 support consultants, in addition to starting up and overseeing the new Bromley office of 3 consultants. When I took over South Primary it was on less than 350 days, it peaked at 744 daily days a week and 625 long term days a week, in total generating 1369 days a week. The branch was then spilt in 4 branches to generate the Bromley, Surrey, London South and South Central currently generating over 2000 days a week.

I joined Protocol in 2009 as a Managing Consultant to establish the West Sussex and Southampton area and within 9 months the area was running at over 100 days. I was them promoted to Interim Manager and was asked to run the Bristol branch, after a few months of successful management in Bristol by bringing on new schools and added 50 days a week onto the branch total I was promoted to Branch Manger of London South Primary

To establish and grow the business around the Guildford area and bring on new companies to build long lasting relationships and become their preferred recruitment partner. Established a solid client base and built the desk to 4 placements a month billing £10-15k a month within the first 6 months.

Team leader for Managed service provision for Local Authrorities and Eteach's agency provision. I started in 2004 with Eteach where I established the West Sussex area from cold to over 400 days a week at its peak, I then worked with a variety of LA's across the UK to establish Eteach as their leading supply agency which included Surrey, Swindon, North Yorks, Warrington and Devon. After being promoted to TeamLeader I helped Establish Eteach's agency business and once again developed a cold area into a busy desk, in addition to working & developing consultants in my team to grow to the total days of the Agency.
