The EnvisionWell® App for smartphones and tablets is a one-stop resource to help and support subscribers on their journey to 360° well-being. Our integrated and dynamic platform tracks health symptoms, offers meaningful and personalized content, and integrates wearables, in-home clinical, health and nutrition devices, thus easily providing essential data and metrics.• Use Azure Data Factory (ETL) to extract and store data from various API's and place them into blob storage or generate reports.• Setup webjobs on Azure along with checking logs to ensure jobs are running without issues (CRON expressions and triggered events).• Created reports using PowerBI to publish into a workspace by using data from SQL server, Excel files, and surveys. Prepared reports using live data to get real time graphs.• Created Python scripts to connect to API's and extract data to store into SQL database (Stripe, Twilio, Validic).• Creating views and various queries in SQL server to bring back relevant tables / information to be placed into PowerBI.• Used Mixpanel, a tool for user analytics on app / website platforms, to create insights and reports based on user activity. Data collected to better understand how users used our app to improve our features.• Providing IT support to employees which ranged from setting up emails, anti-virus, support using Microsoft products (Teams, Bookings, OneDrive, etc), and hardware related issues.
