CurrentReporting directly to the Managing Director, my primary focus, beyond managing day-to-day operational duties, is to serve as a Business Partner to our Managers. This involves facilitating their understanding of the current talent pool through 1:1 meetings, appraisals, and coaching, as well as developing training programs tailoured to individual and departmental needs.I oversee the entire hiring process, recruiting for all positions from entry level to top management through personal headhunting. Additionally, I manage the employee journey from induction to monthly check-ins, ensuring 100% retention.In this hands-on role, I collaborate closely with management as a true business partner, providing coaching, support, feedback, and managing performance and talent. My responsibilities include restructuring teams, managing budgets, and working with top management on strategic planning. I also partner with managers to build and strategize their teams, leveraging deep business insights essential to my role.
