Managed a $1M annual budget and managed 1 DYCD COMPASS after school program, 1 adult education program, and Community School contract. Supervised a team and strategically aligned available resources to meet the school’s needs. Used data to assess community and student needs, propose solutions, and engage in continuous improvement. Worked to support the school culture, and it’s vision for student success.

Managed a $700K+ annual budget and created an engaging model after-school program with 150+ youth, ages 5-12, that combined structured recreational activities with additional academic support, creating a safe space for children to learn and have fun. Supervised a team of 20+ staff during the school year and 75+ staff during the summer. Developed and implemented STEM curriculum incorporating new common core standards and trained staff on different ways to implement and utilize the curriculum.
