It Technician
Current- I have been working as a contract staff in Chorley Council. I am employed by Hays Technology under the umbrella company Advance.
- Answer incoming IT queries remotely via email and phone, or at the office.
- Resolve the IT issues as the primary point of contact.
- Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant departments.
- Avoiding service interruptions by performing providing on call, SOS and emails.
- Manage Active Directory accounts for employees of the Council.
