Hello LinkedIn family, I'm Romit and currently I'm working with Flipkart as a Key account manager and my job role is to:- Data Processing & Management: Own process management via different Team leads/Account managers. Review Daily, weekly and Monthly targets & ensuring accuracy and completeness. Process orders into the system, verify product availability, and manage any potential discrepancies.Inventory Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders/teams to maintain appropriate stock levels, monitor inventory movement, and conduct regular performance audits. Keep track of stock & selection levels and report any shortages or excesses to the relevant teams.Coordination with Brand Managers/Account managers: Work closely with the RE Team & Seller managers team to coordinate FBF onboarding, tracking, and increase adoption to enable speed for the platform. Ensure the right products are getting scheduled as per the platform guidelines.Quality Control: Ensure that all metrics are inspected for right quality, right volume.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in the fulfillment operations to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.Reporting: Generate regular reports on key fulfillment metrics, such as order processing time, delivery accuracy, and inventory levels.
