• Key point of liaison for creators in Australia, New Zealand and Phillipines in the Media and Entertainment space.• Main responsibility is to provide strategic support to creators (partners) in optimising social-media performance, including boosting Audience Engagement (more channel views), Engagement (likes, shares and comments), and Organic Monetisation prospects. • Responsible for securing leads, including cold-calling, appointment bookings and 1:1 strategic consultations through both telephone and Zoom (virtual). • Responsible for Email Outreach (Outreach IO), Data Analysis, Data Reporting/Tracking (Salesforce) and Performance Tracking for partners.• Escalation of technical issues for partners to Internal Support, and sustained operational support for partners.• Creative support on content strategy in maximising distribution strength for posted content.• Main KPIs/OKRs include New Partner Acquisitions, Partner Satisfaction and Engagement.• Proactive participation in promoting creative capital, through webinars, creative networking and collaborative brainstorming.

Role:• Responsible for strategising, creating and managing all marketing (creative) assets across all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.• Leading all art/video/creative direction for all video assets including Demo Day 2021, Hackathon Food Competition videos and LP (Limited Partner) visit Videos.• Significant direct, one-on-one involvement, with Cohort 4 portfolio start-ups, working mainly on solidifying digital marketing strategy, logo/deck design and pitch practice.• Copywriting, Scheduling and Coordinating all marketing/social media content across Singapore, New York and Paris offices.• 1:1 Digital Marketing support for our early-stage portfolio start-ups in development of marketing plans, as well as creative mentorship for content including Storytelling, Graphic Design and Copywriting (Social-media) skills.

• Proven track record of working in a diverse and multicultural team, collaborated with head editors based in London, Milan, Australia, Singapore, Spain and Netherlands. • Responsible for Sourcing Creative Talent, Editorial Planning and Creative Direction, Project Management, Social Media Marketing/Strategy and Fashion Editing. • Acquired strategic sponsorships and partners with top creatives including Loreal, Nood Cosmetics, Bernard Gueit and Daniel Boey, received recognition from Leadership. • Featured in Singapore’s First Virtual Fashion Showcase “The Front Row” October 2020.• Designed Singapore's first interactive, virtual magazine “NEXT” during pandemic, recognised by “The Front Row” as the first “ground-breaking” virtual creative edition on Fashion.

• Responsible for sourcing and managing relationships with key clients including IndoMie, Rice Paper Scissors, Dodo and Tequila Tromba. • Driving the marketing process in terms of both qualitative and qualitative research, and presenting key findings to Senior Brand Director. • Devising branding strategy, team brainstorming and tailored consumer-centric solutions for chosen clients.• Involved in assisting senior project manager, focussing primarily on client communication, feedback and overall experience for enhanced consumer insight.• Proactive participation in the "Pre-sales" Outbound Sales process including Lead Generation, Cold Calling and Client Mapping.

• Designed and executed successful sales pitches for top clients including DFL and Atlas Singapore, created two new revenue streams for the Firm, received the Best Employee Awarded for highest commissioned sales within 3 months.
