Waya is a neobank that provides financial access to immigrants and minorities who remain unbanked, underbanked, and often overlooked by traditional banking channels. I joined the Waya team when the brand was already established, and a product was in the market. I worked in the tech team, with engineers, helping bring the ideas and features in the product.
