RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for training newly hired Technicians to be competitive and safety aware professionals Handles two major areas as new assignments from the promotion given Continue tasks as a Field Technician but with higher responsibility on major activities and critical situations. Close monitoring of Junior Technicians in accomplishing tasks given as requirements for evaluation Escalates the learning process to DCS panel operation as requirement to DCS panel operator training courses

RESPONSIBILITIES Field rounds for field and equipment parameters monitoring. Monitors equipment parameters not indicated in daily log sheets and checklists Accomplishing daily logbook and log sheets for DCS to field parameters checking Chemical dosing rates calibration/adjustment and chemical unloading Accomplishing LOTO master list for every equipment/line to be in maintenance or isolated. Establishing and accomplishing Safety equipment checklist and reports for certain points for improvement Collecting routine and special samples as requested for visual inspection and/or for laboratory analysis Cooling water in sampling points monitoring Monitoring of process equipment conditions and troubleshooting abnormalities Preparation of equipment for maintenance activities, standby or shutdown Supervision/monitoring of support team activities during maintenance periods Start-up and shutdown of equipment as result from plant upsets/trips Steam generators/heat-exchangers change-over Continuous gas testing/monitoring from preparation to execution revision/modification of various process lines and equipment Participating on Job-Hazard-Analysis prior to major activities concerning high risk on safety and environment Active participation on work permit systems refresher courses, fire and safety drills, emergency response procedures trainings Dedicated to housekeeping activities as part of the 5S competence programs

RESPONSIBILITIES Participated in the team for the pre-commissioning, commissioning activities of Olefins/Naphtha cracker plant Collaborates with support teams for the establishment of procedures.  Correlates test/instruction procedures and preparations prior to the commissioning activities Monitor work progress, escalates arising problems to superiors and records timely activities and inconsistencies Conducts several discussions/meetings with Vendors  Handling of materials and supplies inventories for the commissioning activities.  Conducts thorough safety rounds as compliance with HS&E protocols in commissioning activities

Responsible for routinary testing of petroleum products varying from oil and water.Conducts special tests as per request from either external or internal parties.Ensures quality of products through advanced methods and techniques and safe working procedures.
