- Develops a one year marketing plan for the College, including all its programs, evaluated on a yearly basis.- Consults department heads for suggestions and recommendations on a monthly basis.- Coordinates with the President, AVPAA, AVP Admin, Dean of Nursing for specific contents of printed and web campaign materials.- Orchestrate the implementation of the marketing plan.- Monitor each working sub-group for effectiveness and efficiency.- Submits a monthly progress report to the President.- Requests materials, equipments, vehicles, to be used during marketing campaigns.- Allocates budget for each out of campus activity.- Submits liquidation report to AVP Admin.- Shall maintain a tracking of marketing documents.- Attend career talks.- Supervise the Janitors, Security guards and the Canteen personnel.- In charge of the maintenance for the facilities and the whole property of New England College.- In charge of all equipments and facilities.- Handles purchasing of all supplies.- Inventory of supplies.- Maintenance of Computer units and Local Area Network.
