• evaluate work procedures and environments to identify potential hazards and ensure that adequate controls are in place • advise managers and employees about safe work practices and safety standards and regulations • recommend appropriate procedures and equipment for safety and compliance with relevant laws and regulations • develop health and safety policies and programs, and instruct safety courses • facilitate employee safety committees and programs • promote safe work practices and injury/fatality prevention activities • participate in accident investigations • Work with others on emergency planning.

• Conduct Tool Box Talk/meeting daily before the start of the work.• Conduct site inspection, monitoring and checking the P.T.W. or the Permit to Work compliance, tools, equipments and other important documents prior to start of work.• Monitoring the site major/critical activities such as Excavation, Scaffoldings, lifting/erection procedures and other hazardous jobs.• Monitoring all unsafe practices, unsafe conditions and near misses.• Monitoring and Report all types of accidents, incidents and near misses.• Checking and identifying all hazard in the area, escape route in case of plant emergency and maintain good House Keeping after the job completion.• Enforce S. W. P. or the Safe Work Practices on all task and provide recommendations if needed.• Conduct risk assessment and hazard analysis on critical jobs prior to starts.• Check all P.P.E. or the Personal Protective Equipment and their proper use and safety compliance.• Responsible in dissemination of information in regards to Emergency Evacuation Plan, Emergency preparedness and Company Safety Plan.

• Administering appropriate safe work practices/procedures for the project and promoting a high level of awareness on the project through new employee contractor / sub-contractor orientation and contract project supervision.• Conduction weekly self assessment, tracking performance and reporting trends to site management.• Chair with weekly meetings w/ co-safety officer and supervisors and review the safety supervisor logbook.• Initiate job bulletin concerning safety issues.• Continuously evaluating project working condition and safe work practice and if warranted, developing positive recommendation for project management .• Monitor the behaviour of people and provide coaching to change attitude behaviour and positive towards working safely and in still think before acting and value human life.• Inspect the work site daily, report and correct unsafe and conditions.• Maintain close coordination with proponent safety department.• Conduct safety seminars and training for all levels of the workforce.

• Responsible for planning and execution of all quality-related action of the project and ensuring they are performed properly according to the pre-defined processes.• Studies and analyzes client specification and requirements.• Recommends actions or procedures on non-conformances found that ensure accuracy requirements are met.• Monitors and ensures the implementations of the designed process flow for any given project.• Initiate preparations of required reports such as compilations of updates and project communications that is also accessible for production use.• Prepares the job release documentations.• Authorized to carry out all attendant action necessary for achievements of the desired results.
