It Network And System Administrator
Current• Proactively monitors the network for possible problems• Has responsibility for network planning, design, security and optimization• Troubleshoot account and emails provide timely responses to IT requests from local and remote staff via phone, email, or online meeting• Provide technical support to 600 plus users with Help Desk ticketing system, phone, and email• Troubleshoot employee’s hardware, software, and network issues• Build/Rebuild laptop/desktop and Server.• VOIP system user account setup and support• Windows Server Administrator• Understanding of enterprise storage technology to interface with the storage administration. In-depth experience and knowledge of Active Directory, Hyper-V, VMware, IIS, MS SQL, WSUS, and AD Group Policy• Experience with GPO creation and maintenance
