1. Overall responsible to maintains the data files such as Material Stock Log List (MSL), Daily Material Receiving Report (DMR), Material Receiving Inspection Report (MRR) and Material Storing Map etc. for Module and MARIAN computer operations and field material control activities.2. Update the data file of “Daily Material Receiving Report” (DMR) upon receipt of Pre Shipping Advice (PSA) and Final Shipping Advice (FSA), and keep a satisfactory material handling volume controls.3. Compare the shipping data between Packing List and Project Material Status Report (PMSR) before Update MARIAN system.4. Down load both “Procurement Status Report (PSR) for Equipment’s” from PROPS and “Project Material Status Report (PMSR) from MARIAN for Electrical and Instrument MARIAN on semi-monthly basis.5. Update the data files of Material Stock Log List and/ or MARIAN databases upon receipt of Equipment/ Materials, instructed by Material Controller.6. Prepare data file for Overage Shortage Damage (OSD) from Field Office Correspondence Unification System (FOCUS) to inform YOKOHAMA.7. Prepare Material Receiving Inspection Report (MRR) from Integrated Document Management System (i-DMS) and Inspection Release Notice (IRN) after receiving inspected Electrical / Instruments Materials.

* Prepare documentation, as well as providing support in the estimation of project costs, preparation of Tender Documents and other Tender requirements.* Prepare monthly progress report for contract claiming.* Able to understand the work scope in reference to drawing plans, and specification per contract.* Keep record of additional/change work done.* Monitors daily work progress.* Prepare the daily work sheet per S.I site instruction.* Preparation of AFC drawing (Approved for Construction) for our progress claim, such as Junction Boxes, Cable Ladder, Instrument.

* Monitors and checks site progress as per sub-contractor report, together with the PMT QS (Flour Arabia).* Collates and updates weekly progress for input on progress measurement system.* Updates plan and actual quantity curve.* Other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Responsible for checking all Incoming materials as per required standard, checking of damage, discrepancy, transportation and proper segregation of cargoes, proper storage and correct arrangement of the materials in their respective locators and timely issuance of materials to manufacturing line. Verifies the quantity and specification of the item if it complies with requirements in order to update the inventory. Performs document checking and visual inspection if it complies with requirements in order to ensure correctness of parts. Verifies the condition and quantity of actual cargoes unloaded if it corresponds to the supplied documents. Prepares the delivery discrepancy report (DDR) or damage report whenever there are some irregularities on the items received. Stores the materials in their respective locators (FIFO) first in first out to ensure traceability during inventory count and issuance of materials. Issues the materials needed to manufacturing in order to ensure continue production. Checks the materials before storing in order to ensure correctness of data checked by acceptance person. Records the quantity issued to manufacturing in the bin card in order to ensure that the succeeding transactions are correct. Conducts cycle audits (Inventory) and verifies any discrepancies in order to maintain an accurate inventory on hand. Maintains a clean and safe workplace in order to achieve high efficiency of work (5’s). Ensures proper handling of materials such as stacking height limits, Caremark’s and others. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
