Oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of company's supplies, materials and equipment that is being forwarded to the company's warehouse for safety keeping and storage. Manage people, processes and systems and make sure productivity targets are met. Oversee the maintenance of warehouse and labor-management systems. - Prepares monthly production schedule for Figured, Mirroring and based on existing Capabilities / production standards, marketing requirements and priorities.- Prepares and analyzes daily and monthly production matching of finished goods to check and control actual production against the established plans and schedules.- Receives and evaluates both domestic and export inquiries to ensure customer's requirement is within production limits, quality and capability.- Coordinates with warehouse to check offline processing plan of activities to ensure requirements is completed within the required dates.
