In this role, I transitioned from the Service Desk to specialize in the Identity and Access side of IT and managed access lifecycles for employees and external vendors. Along with monitoring the company's SIEM for any anomalies I assisted in managing as an AD/AAD admin and worked in a Hybrid MS Exchange environment. I also tested potential enterprise apps and presented findings to management.

Single point of contact role supporting over 1000 employees in an SSO environment from the support office on-premise and remote including employees in over 80 Stores and 3 other distribution centers in Canada and the US. In my early years at the desk, I also provided specialized support to the IT Retail team, imaging and implementing POS terminals, and supporting overall IT hardware and software on the retail side. Over the last two years at the desk, as the team grew, I was focused on Onboarding and Offboarding employees on the hardware/software side while training new Service Desk team members with regards to level 2 and 3 troubleshooting, mobile device management for all endpoints, solving printing issues and providing feedback while updating the Service Desk manager.

Currently a Member of the North American Help Desk Team providing 24hr support to over 20,000 Employees in Canada and USA. Duties include: -Providing computer and Business application troubleshooting support for internal employees and also supporting Canadian customers with online ordering. -Also a member of the NSAT (National Security Access Team) Responsible for creating and maintaining access to applications, servers and VOIP phones across Canada.-Participate in projects, upgrades and test changes to applications before being put into production, eg: Easy Vista, InContact, PowerSell, GFS Connect. -Actively involved in the Employee Request form project with Easy Vista. Meeting with the team to improve and streamline the employee on-boarding process and discussing solutions to challenges presented by the managers.
