Responsible for the overall management of Accounts Payable section of Finance Department covering the areas of Sta Rosa Plant 2, Sta Rosa Sales Office, Calamba Sales Office, Sta Cruz Sales Office and Dasmarinas Sales Office:Established end-to-end process from materials & services requisition up to payment processing. This involved collaboration between end-users, procurement, warehouse and finance.Implemented 3-way match during payment processing in which Invoice, GR (goods receipt) and (IR) (invoice receipt) are all reconciled.Established payment compliance report where long-outstanding “blocked invoices” in the system are being reviewed and acted upon on a monthly basis.Instituted accounts payable GL (general ledger) and SL (subsidiary ledger) reconciliation on a monthly basis to protect balance sheet accuracy. Improved daily payable outstanding (DPO) from 110days to 80days.
