Study plans, drawings, specification and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of installations, maintenance and/or repair.• Inspect signalized road intersection for possible malfunction of traffic system• Program or modify the system configuration and operation parameter of the traffic signal equipment to improve the operation or to conform to new operational requirements.• Repair and reprogram, damaged traffic signal equipment due to accident, vandalism, acts of God, pavement failure and other related occurrences.• Prepare and maintain comprehensive record of all maintenance and repair activities, including material spare parts consumption. The record shall include (1) minimum maintenance checklist, (2) fault report, (3) spare parts receiving and consumption record, (4) waste material report, (5) work orders, and (6) others.• Create maintenance accomplishment report in compliance with the client’s format and standard, as wellas the office requirements.• Craft new policies and procedures that are regarded necessary to make current practices more efficient and effective.• Coordinate closely with senior service and repair technician and other technicians in the project.• Estimate canvass and purchase some supplies applicable for the project..• Act as Electronics and Communications Engineer for KIV Marketing by addressing related queries outside the current project.

• Coordination / Supervision of contractors / suppliers on installation of electronic and communication equipment (i.e. FDAS, FSS, RDT and weigh scale) or necessary repair. Manages safety and implements Health, Safety, Security and environmental Policy within the areas under control. • Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of Radio Data Terminal (wireless network computers) model 8525 and 8516 by checking its configuration such as Terminal ID and supply termination. Also includes the cleaning of the device.• Installation of Base Radio (Motorola GM338) in Rubber Tired Gantry (RTG) and Quay Crane (QC). Also do fabrication of GM338 antenna for newly installed Radios and in case of emergency repair.• Repair, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of Handheld Radios (Motorola GP328) and Base Radios (Motorola GM338) by programming new mother board (only if board is damaged) with frequency assigned by National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) and part replacement. Includes securing its Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) and Power Supplies connections, power termination and grounding for base radios.• Repair and Maintenance of Public Address System of QC and RTG by troubleshooting and replacing defective parts. Includes immediate replacement of Amplifier and Loudspeakers if damaged to be repair at ECE workshop.• Repair/Troubleshooting the defective parts of electronic devices such as regulators, Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) and Power Supplies. Including repair of Public Address (PA) mic.• Troubleshooting/Tracing Cable Fault in Close Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras.• Repair and Maintenance of cables for telephone lines (i. e. fault tracing, installing new CAFAC if necessary) to keep line reliability. Repair damaged analog telephone unit by board/part swapping and part replacement.

• AutoCAD Operator. Surveying sites/establishments for the of Fiber Optic Cable (FOC) route to provide Engineering and Design of such site by the use of AutoCAD.• Monitoring sites which are already surveyed, designed, checked, and ready for approval.• Coordinating with building maintenance / management before the site survey.• Processing work permits in the absence of Right of Way (ROW) personnel. • Design/Installing/Cabling 48 Core and 24 Core Fiber Optic Cable (FOC) for PLDT’s Fiber to the Home (FTTH).
