Within the Office of Presidential Correspondence, I played a vital role in the facilitation of an open dialogue between the President of the United States and the American people. As a volunteer, I was responsible for reading and cataloging some of the thousands of daily letters addressed to the President and the First Lady. I was required to maintain a keen attention to detail and stay vigilant for any red flags.
