Fundamental Purpose- Responsible for all operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, profit and loss, manufacturing, Engineering, maintenance, planning, and safety.- Lead all plant team to achieve plant goals, promoting safety and quality, maximizing productivity, housekeeping-5S, on-time delivery, inventory, PIP, follow-up OEE & FTQ improvement.Main Responsibilities- Oversee all Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance and Material department.- Responsible for EHS and ISO14000 implementation, conduct monthly safety walk with all function departments to find the potential safety risks and follow-up the corrective action plan.- Responsible for plant quality performance, ensure plant quality system in conformance to TS16949.- Lead all production, planning, shipping, and purchasing operations which resulted in consistently exceeding all productivity goals, with 100% on-time shipments.- Lead team to developed and implemented cost-saving initiatives to increase annual saving, scrap and waste savings.- Trace OEE improvement and action plan, review plant PIP performance regularly.- Responsible for plant budget, forecast and plant cost control.- Responsible for lean manufacturing implementation, VSK, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban.- Responsible for inventory control for both direct and indirect material, follow-up inventory reduction plan.- Responsible for the new project launch in plant.- Responsible for AAM manufacturing systems implementation.- Conduct associates assessment and make improvement and training plan.

Main Responsibilities- Analyze automotive drive axle component and assembly product design for best method in process and manufacturing.- Propose and evaluate the process and purchase require equipment for the manufacturing of these components or assembly.- Direct design, development and/or improvement of manufacturing process for axles components manufacturing.- Specify capital equipment, tooling and system require for the manufacturing of driveline products.- Upon project implementation, providing launch and commissioning support, including machinery and equipment installation, certification, run-at-rate, and on-going production support.- Interact with, and facilitate communication with other department, suppliers, and customer to coordinate manufacturing engineering activities and ensure business objective are met.- Provide technical support for plant operations.- Perform design analysis of products and processes and suggest cost reduction opportunities.- Support the development of business case for new proposals.- Assist in evaluating potential supplier and partner in Asia.
