Victoria's Secret, Pink, Henri Bendel, Express, Bigelow, Bath&BodyWorks- Supervised a creative team of 10+ employees while reporting directly to the Vice President of Brand Design. - Managed multiple projects while ensuring quality control at each stage of project development. - Analyzed vendor capabilities, negotiated contracts, enforced quality control guidelines and ensured clear communication between all parties.

- Directed the Legal and Commerce Department, which reviewed banking formalities, commercial contracts, civil acts, birth certificates, marriage registration and powers of attorney. - Evaluated multi-million dollar loan contracts between the Venezuelan government and US lending banks and agencies for legal accuracy in conjunction with Venezuelan Constitutional Law. - Executed letters rogatories and other legal procedures representing the Venezuelan government, by commission of Attorney General of Venezuela. Liaison to Federal and District Attorneys as well as US Courts when letter rogatories and extradition procedures were requested. - Supervised and expedited US Department of State requests to and from Venezuela.- Successfully communicated progress of the investigations as spokesperson for the Consulate on all legal matters.- Gathered and evaluated evidence by request of the US Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs regarding money laundering by US Banking Institutions.

- Special Adviser to Attorney General providing analysis and strategic planning for high profile legal cases.- Established and implemented the strategy for the “Bureau of Public Concerns” submitted to and approved by Congress in 1994.- Established and implemented the strategy for the “Office of International Affairs”, submitted to and approved by Congress in 1995. As a result, I was transferred to New York to establish and develop such office.

- Direct report and lead attorney with national jurisdiction for Attorney General of Venezuela.- Represented Attorney General in high profile cases. Among them: * Prosecuted the twice President of Venezuela Mr. Carlos Andres Perez while in Office. This was the only successful case in the history of Venezuela in which a standing President was successfully prosecuted and convicted.* Prosecuted the case known as bomb-envelopes sent to the Justices of the Supreme Court and where a Court clerk lost his arm in the explosion.* Directed and Supervised the search warrant issued by the Supreme Court at the offices of the President of Venezuela.* Prosecuted the international drug cartel known as “The Greco-Latin Connection” pressing charges (among other 30 indictments) against the Chief of the Intelligence Police who was found guilty and convicted as a member of the drug organization on charges of facilitating the trafficking of illicit drugs (120 kilos of cocaine).
