Responsible for AppFolio's Residential Payments (Receivables) platforms, products, and experiences for ~7MM residents living in AppFolio-managed properties. Scope included: online payments adoption, product and pricing innovation, alternative payment methods (e.g. apple pay and flexible rent payment), new partnerships with fintech startups, and embedded finance.
