Responsible for monitoring imports, contacting suppliers, and supervising office maintenance.

Responsible for the consular routine: customer service, issuing of documents (renewal of documents, emergency passports, renewal of driver's licenses), financial control of the consulate, and follow-up of critical cases, including follow-up to hospitals and police stations.

Responsible for supporting product registration in a computerized system (SAP), import cargo release routines, logistical follow-up routines, customs documentation processing, logistics, and distribution routines.
