Working as Installation Engineer Manager on the Saipem offices in Sharjah, UAE, I am responsible to lead the technical interface with Client/Designer/Fabricator; planning and follow up of engineering resources and subcontracted offshore services; as well as lead a group of Project Engineers throughout the preparation of all offshore transportation and installation engineering and related procedures and calculation reports necessary to the successful offshore Transport, assembly/installation of Offshore Projects DevelopmentsIn addition to the activities above mentioned, during this period I am also in charge of preparation of various technical evaluations, feasibility studies and execution plans related to off shore platforms / pipeline transportation and installation BID’s and FEED’s.

Working as Assistant Division Manager for Qatar Projects I was responsible to lead the efforts for planning, scheduling and offshore execution of all Qatar Projects , review and approve all project specific drawings and procedures for all Qatar Projects, extend bid support for all ongoing Qatar bids; as well as lead the operations engineers for the Qatar projects below summarized:• RasGas Phase I & II • Qatar Gas 3&4 Platforms & Pipelines • Shell GTL Platform & Pipelines• Maersk BD& CD Decks
