 Management of OTP Branches in the North-West Region (Cluj, Salaj, Bistrita, Satu-Mare, Maramures and Bihor).  Direct coordination of the 15 branch managers/Indirect coordination of 100 people. Implementing the OTP strategy in the coordinated area, for private individuals, free professions and Micro companies.

 Sales steering (Retail=PI& SME & Corporate=companies with TO < EUR 10 mil.) in the branches of the Transylvania & Banat Region (13 counties / 16 branches)

Coordinating a team with more than 500 peoples, 81 branches, 5 county managers, in order to:  Apply the strategies and bank policies for retail bank activity in the coordinated area (6 counties = Cluj, Bihor, Salaj, Maramures, Satu Mare,and Bistrita) Ensure branches management (directly guides, controls and asses county subordinated managers, coordinates branch network development in region, propose or approves investments in network) in order to achieve the objectives

 Coordination of the entire network of branches in Cluj county (25 branches, 160 peoples), in order to increase sales of products and maintain quality of services in BCR Responsible for personnel issues - development, organization, leadership, motivation and coaching staff, engaging in training activities and training for employees from the area of coordination

The main responsibility for implementing Sales Force Effectiveness Project in Raiffeisen Bank. The objective of this project is to increase the sales in retail area, offering support for the front office employers & using specific skills and instruments.

 Monitoring, improving and the implementing of the consumer strategy in the North-West Region (Cluj, Salaj, Bistrita, Satu-Mare, Maramures and Bihor).

Cluj Branch coordination with all sales, services, human resources and logistic activities involved.
