In 2018, I joined Zhongyi Electric, an electrical equipment manufacturer that mainly produces transformers and switchgear, as a marketing manager. Before joining Zhongyi, I was a teacher. During my years as a teacher, I was deeply loved by my students and won the title of outstanding teacher. I was good at discovering the strengths of every student, helping them break through themselves, and giving them the strength to re-find their direction when they are confused. I manage a team now, and I love my team. My team is brilliant, driven, and obsessed with what we are building. My mother told me when I was young, either don't do it, or do it well. I educate, refine, and drive myself to be a better person. I believe that marketing and sales are not about selling products to clients, but about helping clients buy products. Therefore, we serve every client well, help them truly understand their needs, and purchase the products they need. I'm always happy to connect with like-minded (industry) professionals.
