Successfully advocated for legislative authorization of an infrastructure surcharge mechanism with an estimated value of 0.5% ROE (~$20M and ~$7M annually for electric and gas product lines, respectively). Led the negotiations with the U.S. Department of Energy for a $200 million grant - leveraging federal stimulus funds to reduce the cost of the company’s digital communications network by one-third. -
