Romy Strasser is a German Graphic Designer and Art Director based in Zurich since 2011. Currently she is working independently and collaboratively. During her studies she gained experiences as a graphic designer at Ludovic Balland Typography Cabinet, Basel, and OK-RM, London. After her graduation in 2015 at the ZHdK with the Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication, she worked as a graphic designer for Hubertus Design with a strong focus on editorial design, typography, web design, information design, packaging design and corporate identities. At the same time she was engaged as an assistance for Prof. Sarah Owens in the research program at the Department Design in Visual Communication. Her task includes the support for all types of organizations and researches as well as designing publications and small exhibitions. Since 2017 she started to work as an art director and designer for her own clients such as Verein Grundeinkommen Schweiz, Studio DIA Architects, Duarte Architects, Simona La Gioia, Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. Her experiences includes printed and digital matters as well as visual storytelling in photography. Since 2020 she is working as an art and design director for the art and fashion magazine STUDIO Magazine, based and founded in Zurich under the creative direction of Charles Blunier.
