As an Information Technology professional, I gained experience in areas like Business Analysis, Project Management and Process Improvement. In my most recent position at the International Center of Potato (CIP), I was member of the CGIAR’s OCS Project team for more than 3 years, implementing Agresso Business World (ABW) with special focus on the Human Resources (HR) module of this ERP.My work in this and other organizations was oriented to align the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology, facilitate communication between organizational units, and providing support to stakeholders along the project life cycle, from conception and design of the initiative, to the management and delivery of the solution, being this related to Information Technology (IT) or purely related to process improvement.
