Responsável por projetos estratégicos com foco na eficiência da gestão de leitos hospitalares com o olhar global sobre todas as áreas do hospital, além de estudo de dimensionamento de pessoal do quadro de recursos humanos do hospital, independente da sua modalidade de contratação criando dessa forma um dashboard de alocação e eficiência operacional de times.

*Responsible for clients’ portfolio management and home care’s patients of BEM’s Group. In charge of direct relation with healthcare organizations in the development of products and services, through the analysis of the patient's journey, population health management and case management. In charge of prospecting and conducting new business and accreditations to increase market share. Develop and implement a business/relationship plan, based on strategies and goals focused on opportunities in the health Market. Direct technical management of approximately 70 internal health professionals and more than 300 external professionals giving guidelines and work subsidies. Achieve to objectives expected for more than 400 patients in home care.

•Responsible for creation, development and implementation of the “Master Plan for the Training of Human Resources in Primary Health Care (PHC)”. Project developed from the concept, with the creation of an Internal Commission for the writing, organization and approval of sponsorship. Project management with structuring between all players, analysis and intense work to mitigate risks and accountability to the sponsor. Conducting training and continuing education projects in the area of Health Care in partnership with Unimed’s University and National Sescoop, being: health informatics course, Integra Projeto Integra of reframing of Unimed’s University within the Unimed’s System, in addition to construction and conducting of Unimed of Brazil internal teams to design and apply the expansion model of the Primary Health Care (PHC) in the 345 units of the System.

•Conducting the implementation of the first health unit managed by Instituto Social Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz, called “Complexo Hospitalar dos Estivadores (CHE)”, in partnership with Municipal Health Department of Santos. Effective performance since the analysis and discussion of the Operational Plan, current legislation, documentation for opening the unit with official bodies such as: Fire Department, Health Surveillance, Regional Engineering Council, Municipal Court of Accounts, among others, in addition to periodic meetings with the Mayor, Municipal Health Secretary and other municipal departments involved. Performance with the different sectors of the Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz from definition of bases to effective implementation of the following sectors in CHE: Human Development, Information Technology, Supplies and Pharmacy, Clinical Engineering and Building Maintenance, Hospitality and Service, Work Safety, Ombudsman, Marketing and Internal Communication, Financial Management and Billing.

•Conception of an Angolan company specialized in training, education, human resources training, management and consultancy, in addition to developing new businesses in the health area for the national and South African market. Business model based on technological partnerships with reputable companies in the market, such as: Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, Faculdade de Medicina do ABC, 3M, BD, Coloplast, among others. The main clients include the National Institute for the Fight against AIDS (INLS) together with the CDC Atlanta in mapping of information management for AIDS Program in the country, the implementation of an information and data management system, with analysis by professionals specialized in data analytics and epidemiology, thus providing support for decision-making by the Program's board. Mapping the consumer market for special products from 3M, BD and Coloplast, training plan and training of health professionals for the use of materials and discussion of economic viability in the acquisition of items for the boards of consumer health units, as well as of the State Health Secretariat of Luanda and Ministry of Health of Angola. Implementation of the first Family Health program in the Province of Luanda, with the definition of the area of operation, scope and schedule together with the State Health Secretariat. Extensive work carried out in 6 neighborhoods, from the definition and training of community health agents to the delimitation of the health care network of the binomial, mother and child with a focus on reducing maternal and child mortality. In addition to these projects, I implemented the first pediatric resuscitation room at the Américo Boavida teaching hospital, with the study of the epidemiological profile of pediatric patients, definition of equipment and materials to be purchased, definition of care protocols, training and formation of health care teams high performance by highly qualified professionals from Brazil.

•In charge of conducting projects related to training, qualification and training of human resources in health for the Angolan market. Partnerships with local and international universities with classroom, distance and “sandwich” teaching methodologies. Main clients: public and private tertiary hospitals, State and Municipal Health Secretariats, in addition to the Ministries of Health, Education and Science and Technology. Partner company of the Programs to combat major endemic diseases such as AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, with the training of management teams, data analysis and field techniques, through the development of permanent training programs and training of health staff.

•In charge of consulting projects related to scenario mapping, data analysis, definition and deliverables to the main public and private stakeholders in the Angolan health system. Among them, the Project entitled “Improvement of Response Capacity of Central Hospitals”: Diagnosis of the National Health Service, tertiary health units and the National Health Board, with the training of national specialist doctors in thirteen (13) specialties for reversion sending patients for treatment abroad. Direct assistance to the Administrative and Financial Management of Hospital Esperança, responsible for the treatment of HIV positive patients with a focus on cost management and expansion of services to the population. Project "Diagnosis of the Health System of the National Bank of Angola", through the mapping of health services provided to workers and their dependents in different cities in the country and their partnerships for treatment in South Africa and Portugal. Project “Outsourcing of Laundry, Sterilization and Governance services in healthcare units”, in partnership with the Brazilian company Atmosfera.
