Current-Social Media Marketing-WordPress back end management and maintenance-Marketing budget management-Head of Editorial: Direction of and styling at photo shoots, design of catalogues, distribution of catalogues, design of and distribution of social media content-New business generation (organic and existing)-Digital marketing campaign development and management: Understanding and making use of analytics and the basics of CRM to build upon and maintain loyalty in our customer existing and lookalike audiences-Point-of-contact with stores we supply: Maintaining positive, prolific relationships and sales-Customer relations and online/private order-Both B2C and B2B business generation, relationship management and marketing-Trend Analysis and Trend Forecasting (The customer base of each store we supply on consignment across SA as well as fashion trends)-Distribution of stock to both wholesale and consignment stores based on trend analysis to maximise sales-Representing the brand at social events such as SA Fashion Week-Writing all copy: Biographies, press packs, website and social media-Day-to-day administration: Stock management (omni-channel Excel management), budgets and sales figures-KPI setting, management, planning and check-ins
